Are reservations required?

No reservations are not required, but we strongly recommend them. Walk-ins are welcome, but there is no guarantee we will have machines available.

What are your business hours?

We are open daily 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m during the season.

UTV Season: May 15 - October 31 ** weather dependent**

Snowmobile Season: December 15 - March 31 ** weather dependent **

How old do you have to be to rent a Snowmobile without a parent or guardian present in the group?

You must be 21 years old to rent.

How old do you have to be to drive a Snowmobile with a parent or guardian in the group you are in?

You must have a valid driver’s license in your possession to drive a UTV or snowmobile.

What type of snowmobile helmets do you offer?

For Snowmobile season, we offer closed face (helmet with shield) Castle Snowmobile Helmets with sizing from 5XL - Youth Small.

Do you offer refunds due to very cold weather?
No, please be prepared for all weather conditions.

Do you allow overnight rentals?

No, we do not allow overnight snowmobile rentals. The machine must be returned nightly by 4:30 pm.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, if for some reason you are unable to keep your reservation, we ask at least a 5 day notice so that we are able to find someone else to rent the machine. If you were to cancel within 5 days of your reservation, you will be charged the entire balance. For Example, if you cancel 6 days prior to your reservation, you are out your $50 per machine, per day non-refundable deposit, but your card will not be charged the balance. If you cancel 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 day before or day of the reservation or fail to show, your card will be charged the entirety of your reservation.
